The French Riviera on a 42' sailing catamaran - 1 week

Bonjour fellow travellers!
The French Riviera is where I grew up, sailed, delivered boats up and down the Mediterranean. So many sights, harbors, coves, little towns to discover that 6 days will be plenty to show you the best spots.
My goal is to share with you the French way of living on a sailboat which includes, travelling, exploring, good food, wine, music and lots of good humor.
Here is a sampling of the dishes to expect from your Mediterranean chef:
Breakfast: eggs, cheese, ham, croissants, pain au chocolat and our famous baguette (cereals if you wish)
Lunch: a variety of salads: nicoise, greek, taboule, nordic, rice salad, all with lots of ingredients and flavors from the south of France.
Dinner: (1 or 2 included depending on schedule):
Calamars a la Cetoise
Rougail saucisses
Grilled fish or meat
We also have a tradition before dinner to have an aperitif with little things to get your appetite going; crackers with tapenade, brandade, artichokes, grissini, vegetables, mussels...etc.
No! you will not gain long as you burn it all :) it's actually very healthy food so no worries and stay away from the delicious selection of cheeses...if you can.
We start from Saint Raphael.
Tentative itinerary (weather permitting)
Day 1
Sail to Cannes, enjoy the stunning riviera coastline, anchor in the Isles de Lerins (there is a monastery there where monks make their own cheese)
Day 2
Sail to St Tropez and anchor in the famous baie des Canebiers where Brigitte Bardot lives. St Tropez is a little gem off season, hosting each year the famous voiles de St Tropez with 300 sailing yachts racing for a whole week.
Day 3: We stick around St Tropez for the day and visit the town, the amazing maritime museum. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife.
Day 4: Sail to Port Cros and Porquerolles, 2 gorgeous islands off Toulon.
Day 5: Visit the islands, lots of nature walks and sights to discover
Day 6: Sail back to Saint Raphael with stops on the way like the little town of Bandol where they make the best rose wine in the world.
