• HandsOn Greater Phoenix Serve-A-Thon 2019 - Volunteer at Human Services Campus

Come out and join us this Saturday morning as we partner together with the Human Services Campus as a part of HandsOn Greater Phoenix's 26th Annual Serve-A-Thon (http://hsc-az.org). It should be a beautiful morning to be outdoors and giving back. Afterwards, we can figure out a spot for refreshments and bite to eat. Volunteers are needed to help paint rooms, replace window coverings, remove pavers, and paint murals; as well as sorting, cleaning and tagging donated clothes and deep cleaning throughout the facility. No experience is necessary; all training, tools and materials will be provided that day. Volunteers should wear clothes that can get paint and stains on them and closed-toe shoes. We ask that those planning to attend RSVP so I can get a count and let them know and can look for you.

    Honor Amongst Thieves

Honor Amongst Thieves (https://honoraz.com/) shakes Up the Central Phoenix Cocktail Scene Steal away to this stylish new cocktail lounge tucked above Stock & Stable. They share the same owners, but the bar is an entirely separate concept. The lounge is dark, moody and reminiscent of an old-school gentleman's club with velvet couches and a wooden bar with tufted black-leather panels. Guests enter via the back stairs and the door has a barred peephole, like a speakeasy. Their cocktail menu is large and includes signature cocktails, martinis, Cheekies (small shots) and Citywides (a beer and a shot). We look forward to checking out this new spot in Phoenix!
