It’s R110 per class in your first month, then R430 per month on a regular basis or R160 to just drop in.
Class time on Saturdays is 08:30 to 10:00
There are also classes Tuesdays at 18:00 and Wednesdays at 18:00
This style of yoga is reasonably rigorous and precise with particular emphasis on correct alignment, achieved where necessary by appropriate use of props.
