We will be challenging your body mind and spirit during an intense full body workout, designed to burn fat and build strength.

If you have tried to lose weight and get in shape previously without consistent results then you have not tried FUNCTIOANL HABITAT Boot Camp. Our Fitness Boot Camp is perfect for people who:

• Want to lose weight with a support group.

• Build lean muscle and burn stubborn fat

• Challenge your Mind, Body and Spirit

• Have tried and failed workout programs

• Needs accountability

• Wants to sweat, sweat, and sweat!

Although FUNCTIONAL HABITAT Bootcamp will challenge your body mind and spirit helping you breakthrough your own limitations, the program is also designed to be FUN.

These groups will work together as they move through a 45-60 minute workout divided into stations and partner drills designed to focus on 3 major areas: strength, core, and cardiovascular. Each station also has modifications available for instances where a member may not be able to perform an exercise for various reasons.

Our Workouts are suitable for any fitness levels and can quickly be adjusted to accommodate any members personal needs. At the end of the workout we will be performing a cool down that involves breathwork, Tai Chi, and or Yoga for 10 to 5 minutes to get you grounded again.
