Hi, Ryan here! Being a fully qualified and registered Personal Trainer I love exercise and fitness and I also love the great outdoors and meeting new people so I'm always trying to find ways of combining these things to have fun and stay fit! Legends Hotel

Just bored of running alone on a Sunday morning so I figured I'd invite people along for a little jog down the Marine Parade. Just starting out this Sunday at a comfortable 3.5km (Approx. 20-25 mins) so ideal for beginners or anyone who'd like to take up running as a regular healthy habit to improve fitness and/or to lose a bit of weight. Then gradually building up the distance each week until we get to 5k or even 10K who knows... ;) I'll be giving tips on running technique as we go, if you need it that is, since I'm a fully certified Personal Trainer. Hope you can come join me! :) P.S. There's no such thing as bad running weather, only bad running clothes! ;) Bring some water too!

With only 8 weeks left until the summer, now is the perfect time to get outside and start burning off that winter fat ready for the beach! I'm holding 2 Bodyweight Boot Camp sessions per week on Brighton Beach to help you shed the pounds, get fit and tone up all those wobbly bits. I'm asking for a very small fee for these Boot Camp sessions for 3 good reasons: 1) My Meetup account is currently full at 50 members and I now have a waiting list so I'd like to pay for an upgrade to allow these people to join in. 2) These sessions are 100% exclusively to help You get in great shape for summer. 3) Group Fitness Training is an area of my expertise - I have been helping people lose weight, tone up and get fit for the last 14 years. Places are stickily limited so that I am able to give you my full attention. All ages and fitness levels are welcome; exercises will be tailored to your current abilities and you won't ever feel like you're being left behind. Why not bring along your friends too? We'll have a blast! :) Let's torch the fat and look and feel great for summer...! You in? Sessions are pay-as-you-go. For your convenience, either cash or credit/debit cards are accepted on the day.
