Fusion Belly Dancing teaches you a new way to open yourself to your true self. It is a fun, healing dance that opens your chakras, balances your yin/yang, and empowers you. We incorporate yoga and tai chi into the dance/moving meditation. You will learn to move your body in circular movements which builds strength physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our focus is on self empowerment.
Drum Circles are a fun, energizing way to relieve stress and enjoy rhythms. Dancers enjoy dancing to drum solos. It is heartwarming to dance to live music, especially drums. You are encouraged to bring your own instrument but we usually have extras for you to borrow. No experience is needed. These are playful expresssions of yourself!
