If you want to rsvp as a team you can add 4 guests to guarantee everyone gets a place. Otherwise you can also RSVP as an individual and we will make up the teams on the day.
The host will be at the venue from 17:45 please try to be on time.
If you can please bring a white and a dark shirt to help with the teams as we may only have one set of bibs.
This is an indoor game so please bring indoor footwear if you have some.
When you arrive. Press the buzzer and the security will let you in. Please no no shows. If you cannot make it let us know in as much time as possible to find a replacement.
Please note, cancellation period is 48 hours' notice. If you cancel after that, you won't receive a refund/ match credit!
Guys in nobody appreciates someone dropping out last minute. We appreciate that sometimes people really cant make it so we have a cancellation policy which I hope you agree is fair. If you cancel 2 days before the game (so on Tuesday for this game) then we will happily move your credit to another game. If you drop out later than this and the game goes ahead with the full number of players then you may also ask for a match credit. If you drop out late and the game then goes ahead with 9 or less players you will still be expected to pay for the place you vacated. We think this is in the best interests of everyone. If you don't agree with this please don't sign up. Also- anyone dropping out please send a private message to Antony- there is no automated system and if you don't send a PM nothing will happen.

Additional notes: If you cancel after 2 days but the game fills up I will be happy to give you match credit for another game. If I agree to let you pay at the game and you don't show,I will expect you to pay for that game before you play with us again.
Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
