A special event for August! We'll be meeting at Mindgrub's space in Locust Point for a special VR/AR themed night of talks and demonstrations.

Mindgrub will be speaking on one of their VR projects (see below) and will have their VR Room up and running for hands on use.

"How do you make exercising more interesting? More interactive? More fun? That’s what Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults wanted to know. Working with UCF, this is how we created a unique Oculus Rift experience you can only see while riding on an exercise bicycle."

Cody Henthorne will be speaking about Google's Tango devices and software, and show some of the cool things coming from Google in the world of AR.

There is a parking garage near the Mindgrub office where you can park. You can access it via a cross road from Whetstone Way or directly from E. Fort Ave by turning on the road between the building and the baseball fields. DO NOT PARK IN THE HARRIS TEETER PARKING GARAGE! Mindgrub's garage is located next to it.
