Hi all, Here is some links, to get started and to be prepared for your first meeting. Download Android Studio, and in the Help menu click check for updates. Select the defaults for installation options. In the menu once AS is installed check Tools--->  Enable ADB Integration. Go to your phone and Settings---> About----> Build ---->Touch this 5 times to enable Developer Options on your phone. (This depends on your phone model) If not search Google for Setting Developer Options your phone Model. Hook a USB to cell phone cable up.

Go to AS again and select AVD Manager, and create a virtual device--->Nexus 5 --->1080--->xxhdpi--->Marshmallow x86--->API 23 then next--->Finish.
