The Civil War! Ages 10-15

Students will learn why the Civil War was the first modern war and why the North won.  Discover the ways this war changed the direction of the nation.  FYI: Mr. Coop has amassed a wonderful collection of historical artifacts in his office/classroom.  Students will be able to view/handle many of the objects.
