Iโ€™m Coach Rob, and Iโ€™d like to give back to you and our amazing community by hosting a completely FREE monthly group fitness workout! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

In this active, seminar-style, team-oriented, learning-by-doing environment, I will work to teach you the fundamentals of safe, effective human movement while having plenty of hard-working fun along the way! ๐Ÿค—

The new skills, tools, and knowledge you gain will help empower you towards taking back control of your body and finally making real progress towards your health/fitness goals! ๐Ÿ’ช
