When did you go gluten-free?

October 2012, after being diagnosed with celiac.

Any great gluten-free spots in your neighborhood?

I live in Clinton Hill near Clementine's, a vegan bakery that also offers a small daily selection of gluten-free treats.

Introduction

I have lived in Brooklyn for 12 years, love food, and just got diagnosed with celiac a couple of weeks ago. It feels great to change my diet and start feeling better, but I would love to learn more about how to be gluten-free!
