Fitness Through Running and Yogasana

About Activity : Everybody including beginners can join the fitness session. The goal of this meet-up is to get the legs out of the slumber mode, to make way for hitting the legs more often on the ground and to get better with fitness, most importantly avoiding any injury.

We will be starting with thorough warm-up including the basic stretches and will follow this with different types of work-outs depending on the capability of each folks. This will also be an excellent platform for the folks who are running  and would like to run a half-marathon/5KM.  Request to get a wrist watch preferably with timer.

Venue : Sanjeeviah Park

Difficulty level: Easy to Very Easy, Moderate to Exhausting (Depends on each individuals take)

You may   call me on (Ajendra :[masked]) or Sam[masked]) on or Raffiq on 99638  84841, the fitness trainers for this ession. Either all of them or someone will be coming to this session every Saturday and Sunday
