  • Note new time and location for December meeting

No GLUGnet Meetup at TechSmith for December, but there is an awesome event you can go to instead!

You must register separately for this free event at

Note that it will be held at the Lansing Public Media Center, within the Washington Street Amory, not at the Michigan Historical Center Museum as in past years.

What website, software or tools do you love? Did you create a business, a piece of software, website, or a set of scripts? Do you have any hardware hacks? Have technology that you want feedback on?

DemoCamp Lansing is similar to an un-conference style event where the public gets to present on the topics they wish to talk about.  This typically includes new businesses they are launching, new product ideas, community projects and much more.  The event is a who's who of the Mid-Michigan developer and business community, involving local developer user groups, business groups, startups and more.

The goal is to inspire, educate and entertain.

In short, the event is a perfect wrap-up for what has been happening under the covers of the year.  You won't want to miss out what is going on.

DemoCamp Lansing has a healthy representation of all types of communities including programming groups (Adobe, Microsoft, Web, Lansing Codes, Lansing JavaScript, etc.), Technology Enthusiasts (MITN Lansing, LAMALUG, Mobile Monday Lansing, Lansing Girl Geeks), and entrepreneurial focused groups (StartupGrind Lansing, StartupLansing).
