Hike is Canceled due to rainy conditions.

This hike follows an old logging railroad bed in the Eastatoe Valley in Northern Pickens County to the top of the much-photographed Twin Falls also known as Reedy Cove Falls. This hike is an in-and-out hike. After returning to our vehicles, we will travel a short way down the road to a parking area from where we will have a short hike to a viewing platform at the bottom of the falls.

Trekking poles are recommended as the trail is rooty, rocky, leaf-covered, and can be slippery in areas.

Please contact one of the hike coordinators if you have not hiked with this group before.

Alternate Meetup site will be in the gravel parking lot at Holly Springs Country Store at the corner of Highways 11 & 178. Those meeting there, do so NLT 12:20 and please indicate that you are doing so in the comments section below.
