Kyrgyzstan a country of incredible natural beauty, Landlocked and mountainous, dominated by the Tien Shan range, Heavenly Cloud mountains with many tall peaks up to 7000m, and an average elevation of 2700m this land glaciers, and high-altitude lakes and ancient cities, ancient ruins and proud nomadic traditions. Once a land where merchants and tradesmen followed the silk road through over the Torugart pass, to cross the Central Tien-Shan passing through the fortified cities of Uzgen and Osh, and then onto Samarkand and Bukhara. These routes have remained unchanged for centuries.

This trip is a must for seasoned hikers and traveller, seeking out the ultimate adventure.

From Bishkek the capital we travel to a region of Naryn in the southeast of Kyrgyzstan. We then drive to from here we stay with a family in a Yurt, to experience the best of traditional Kyrgyz hospitality, we horse ride with nomads, trek high mountain passes camp in the wildest places and paddle expedition boats on Kel Suu lake, this is the last wild frontier, inhabited by nomadic horsemen and shepherds, and an abundance of stunning wildlife. This is a unique trip an experience of a lifetime.

This trip is graded hard and is suitable for fit hikers used to long days, looking for something more challenging, the nights can be cold and the weather can change very quickly the accommodation and facilities are basic and the weather can be cold. As with all trips to the mountains, local conditions or weather can affect the itinerary, in this case, we will make alternative plans.
