September 18: At 5:30 pm we will be riding the "Tryon Challenge" course, a 3.5 mile loop in Tryon Park, stopping to assess any technical bits along the way and sessioning them as needed/desired.
Come join us at a "no women left behind" ladies ride. This is a series of recurring rides featuring Bay Park West, Dryer Road Park, and Tryon Park.
Our pace will be set based on the group. Ride leadership roles will be filled by some awesome lady shredders who ride the Rochester trails often and want our community to grow!
Please plan to arrive by 5:15pm, bring a fully-functional mountain bike, helmet, and snack/hydration. Later in the season, bring lights if you have them. If you do not have lights, we (as a group) will escort non-lit up riders back to the parking lot before it gets too dark to ride, and then riders with lights can continue riding safely.
Naturally, these are weather dependent (to wisely conserve the trails) so please RSVP and stay tuned for details.
If you love great local trails, support them by joining GROC!
