Each week, we will have an interactive guided meditation exercise, using affirmations and soothing music to help bring us into a state of peaceful meditation. Additionally, the class will include discussion of a topic pertaining to meditation and some personal and group guidance on specific issues or problems. You will also gain some effective tools for meditating at home and guiding your own progress.
There are no physical exercises and you can sit in a chair, or on the floor. You don't need to bring anything, just wear clothing that is comfortable.
As always, newcomers are always welcome so please feel free to bring along family or friends. Class is generally from 7.00 pm to around 8.30 pm, but we are happy to stay afterwards to get to know you better and to discuss any questions or comments you have. Looking forward to seeing you there!
*NOTE: Check with the security guard at the reception desk in the lobby for the room number of the meditation class since it changes periodically.
