This group is for beginners and intermediate yogis. Everyone is welcome.
This Yoga Classes are held on different days of the week at different locations in GTA on a weekly basis.
You can be a regular yogi or a drop in. It is being held at private career college campus and not in a studio. We do have a few mats but if you have one, please bring it with you. We practice the following in the this yoga class: Breathing exercises Shoulder and neck exercises Asanas (Postures) – Standing, Seating, sleeping on the back, Sleeping on abdomen Sun Salutations Guided meditation
Regular practice will Improves your energy level
The yoga class is offered on a no charge, no donation basis. The course is conducted by experienced teachers who give their time on a volunteer basis.
