Motivation Monday Sage Canyon
The Sage Canyon Park class meets Monday through Wednesday at 6AM for a killer one hour workout! Monday and Wednesday are upper-body workout days generally consisting of push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, db work and all kinds of good stuff. The Tuesday and Thursday (Torrey Hills) workouts focus on more cardio like suicides, speed work, hill repeats, stairs, plyometrics and much more! This is not your granny’s Prancercise (http://prancercise.com/) class. We provide outdoor group fitness classes that mix running with traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises. We’ll push you harder than you’d push yourself on your own with a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. Our classes are designed to challenge every athlete, while enjoying a built-in social network of fun-loving people.
