If you like the idea of meditation and would like to experience benefits of it but find it hard to practise, this workshop may be for you. In this workshop we start with a brief mindfulness meditation followed by an art directive designed to foster awareness and mindful self compassion. You are invited to choose from a variety of art materials to explore and delve into mindful process of creating. You don't have to have any experience in art or "be good" at art to participate in this workshop. This space is created for wellbeing and self-care with an aim to slow down, relax and connect with your inner self.
