At Play4Agile a few years back, Deborah Hartman-Preuss developed a game based on the patterns discussed in the book Fearless Change by Rising and Manns. She eventually published it. If you have attended my workshop on Catalytic Leadership, I also discuss these patterns for introducing change.
This particular game provides a way to explore what patterns a person or team may want experiment with in order to become unstuck. After exploring the game, deconstructing it a bit, and discussing how it could be hacked, we'll talk about other ways we help people become unstuck.
