What we're about

Join us mornings on M,T,Th,F from 6-8am or afternoons M,W,F 5-7pm and Saturday from 8:30-10:30am for weightlifting class! Get expert instruction in squats, overhead movements, clean and jerk, and snatch! Perfect for competitive weightlifters, athletes in strength-power sports, or people looking for an alternative to Crossfit or the same-old routine at the gym. All ages and skill levels welcome.

We guarantee you will:

• Decrease your injury risk

Classes are led by Andrew Layne, PhD, CSCS, USAW L2, and are held in our beautiful new facility located at 140 NW 6th St. in Gainesville, FL. For more information, see our website

First class is free. After that, cost is $175/month ($100/month for UF and Santa Fe students).
