  • Hi Guys!

Join the playreading this Sunday at 5 p.m. ! :)

I know you had a nice time when reading "Pine" last time - great!

I can't be there myself this weekend, again, I will attend next time (18.12) but I'm always willing to set up the meetup for you, even if I can't come :)

Note: Penny will be in England on[masked] so the next meetup after this one will be on 18.12 :) I presume it's is going to be the last one before Christmas, so I encourage you to bring some Christmas treats if you want! I will try to enhance my baking skill for that occasion.

Below there is info for those of you who are new to the Teapot Club Playreadings.

    ------------------------ ------------------------------- -----------------------

Who is up for a nice read over a cup of tea?

The Teapot Club is an initiative of a group of amateur actors, members of Maybe Theatre Company. The difference between these two is that when you are a part of Maybe you have a chance to perform and stage plays in English (it requires a bit of acting training and hooours long rehearsals with our director Penny Shefton :).

Teapot Club Playreadings are much more casual weekly meetings where we sit around the table, sip tea and read english plays. Depending on how many people come, you can stick to one character or swap roles with somebody else :) or just listen if you are not yet comfortable reading:)

Note: We don't expect anybody to have a previous playreading or acting experience :)

As much as I'd like to tell you what the play will be about I can't, cause its up to our director Penny. She usually brings 2-3 plays and she needs to know how many people will come so she can choose the right plays (Pls, RSVP till Sat evening, so I can tell her how many people we expect to come)

If you feel like Teapot Club is not enough, feel free to join Maybe and perform with us !

    OK! This is it!

    Bring your own mug!

We provide tea and biscuits :)

Sadly I can't make it this week. You'll have to find better Taj.
