"Eat to Live" by Joel Furhman - anyone else read this?

Hi Ladies,

This is the best science-based diet for health book I've ever read. I can't find any local support groups, so I'm just polling to see if anyone else has read this and interested in changing their eating - for health, not the "skinny". I could host a weekly meeting if anyone is interested. I've been incorporating a lot of the recommendations, but for my particular issues, going vegan and wheat free is a major challenge and some support would be cool.

So what better place to check than to ask a bunch of other science nerds? Let me know if you are interested.
