Action for Happiness is a worldwide movement dedicated to uplifting the quality of life in society through the application of the scientific principles and practice of positive psychology. We recognise that the daily quality of life each member of our society impacts on our overall mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing, and as such, we can improve society by increasing our own happiness and wellbeing, and then reaching out to help others. Dedicated to education and action, we focus on proven actions to boost our wellbeing, focusing on 1. positive relationships, 2. good mental health and 3. helping others. This is a group for anyone wishing to learn more about how to boost their own happiness and make our society a better place!
