Food 4 Thought and Cooking Group

Hillel Center at CSU

Food 4 Thought is a place to practice deep listening, authentic sharing, and vulnerability in a warm, welcoming environment. Participants discuss topics about personal growth over a home-made dinner with friends. We believe that change starts within, and Food 4 Thought provides the space to initiate this inner change. Young adults trained in communication and peer support facilitate the conversations. Topics may include life transitions, fear, identity, spirituality, religion, family, and more. This is a free program. Hosted by the Geller Center.
