This is a separate group based on the much larger Dayton SmaRT House Folks. SmaRT meaning Small and Really Tiny houses from a large GEM at 400 sq ft to the tiny GEM o a house at 168 sf.
That is not the only difference. This Meetup is a Private, by Invitation Only with the goal of designing, building, sharing knowledge and skills among a small dedicated group of Do'ers. Inviting guest speakers, arranging various workshops, purchasing small house materials and tools takes some money and commitment. There is a Membership fee to join AND monthly Dues. The Membership fee is starting at an easy 1-2-3, just $123.45. Monthly Dues $12.34 or . Special ticketed events depends on Speaker costs: venue, transportation, room and food hospitality.

Members will receive unique letters about the SmaRT house success. Updates and special meetings with Community leaders, Hands-on workshops with all parts of building a house loaded with technology and the latest in innovation. First come, first served when renting our small GEMs out on weekends; and special offers from major sponsors IKEA, DP&L, JDM Structures, Maytag appliances, etc. Early members who also join us on site get shares of our Land Owners Co-operative. All rates will increase as this concept becomes in demand, affordable Living in Dayton's newest West Side (story)!
