    About This Class

Product Management is an increasingly in-demand career. This workshop focuses on a core skill of product management: how to identify and understand problems. You’ll walk through the first stage of the product development process, and discuss the concept of the Minimum Viable Product, or MVP, as a foundation for solving the problems we’ve uncovered.
This session doesn’t require a laptop, but come prepared to problem-solve, discuss and sketch!

Describe the Product Management job landscape and learning opportunities for product management skills.
Explain the role and core responsibilities of a product manager.
Craft problem statements and hypotheses for a product or feature idea.
    Identify key risks and assumptions.
Design a basic MVP to validate key assumptions.
