This 2-day NVC Foundation Training will equip you with essential theory and skills to put NVC into everyday practice.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a revolutionary way of thinking and communicating that is successfully used through the world to establish peace and improve relationships at work, home and in the classroom.

If you are curious about the principles and skills for healthy, powerful and transformational conversations join us for this comprehensive NVC foundation training over two consecutive Saturdays. NVC was developed by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg and is often described as the language of the heart and as a tool for conflict resolution, personal transformation and social change.

You can expect to leave this training with a:

- Clear understanding of the NVC process and a set of principals for life-changing conversations
- Powerful strategy for self-connection and heightened awareness of your own and other people's feelings and needs
- Experience and skills for listening to others with empathy

"If you want to know more about yourself and improve your clarity of communication, NVC is a great model and tool. This course was excellent whether one is completely new to NVC or one wants to practice and deepen learning. For me I found it enjoyable, fun, well explained and run. I especially like the practical exercises to ensure it is meaningful in life. I would recommend this to the curious and indeed to all people - it's a great experience, safe and fun with much space for learning and failing, with style :-)" - Morgan Matthews

Sliding Scale

NVC Geneva is a non-profit association. Our goal is it to make Nonviolent Communication and related NVC training events accessible to as many people as possible. We depend on a fee for different activities to support and sustain the mission of our association. The following sliding scale fee structure is designed to keep our services accessible and is loosely based at 10 to 32 CHF / hour of instruction for workshops and series.

Please select the level that you feel you are best able to afford. If you are unable to afford the lowest end of the scale, please contact us directly via our website to explore other options.

If the training is reimbursed by your employer we request a contribution of 250 CHF / day and are willing to explore options for 2 and more attendees from the same organisation, please get in touch via our website
