Testimonial

"If you want to know more about yourself and improve your clarity of communication, NVC is a great model and tool. This course was excellent whether one is completely new to NVC or one wants to practice and deepen learning. For me I found it enjoyable, fun, well explained and run. I especially like the practical exercises to ensure it is meaningful in life. I would recommend this to the curious and indeed to all people - it's a great experience, safe and fun with much space for learning and failing, with style :-)" - Morgan Matthews

"NVC is easy to understand but difficult to apply. Sandy offered many creative methods to challenge us and learn how to apply NVC in our daily lives. She is a great facilitator during dialogue and after-action-reviews." - Marijn

"I liked the workshop a lot, it was a very good introduction to the NVC principles and technique. There was also a good balance between theory, sharing, and exercises." - Izabella

"Changed my perspective on identifying and expressing needs: looking within is key and serves as guidance. In addition, the empathetic listening exercises reassured me that I have the ability of connecting and understanding others." -Silvia Fressard

"This training made me realise that by giving myself space & empathy, I could have the freedom to be myself and truly connect with others instead of reacting to them/their words."- Ramona
