Sociocracy 3.0 — “S3” — is a practical guide for evolving agile organizations of any size, eg for empowering teams more effectively.
It brings you a collection of 70 guidelines and practices (so-called “patterns”) that have proven helpful for organizations to improve performance, alignment, fulfillment and wellbeing.

The patterns are are complementary to many practices and ideas from lean production and lean software development.
In our community meetups we want to explore these patterns and experiment with them, so that we can gain insight and confidence for using them more in our own work context.
As we eat our own dog food, we use S3 patterns ourselves as much as possible for our own organisation. At our very first meetup, we will use the guide to align and define a good enough start version of what drives us to invest our precious time together. We will then start deriving what we can adapt and experiment with to realise our ambition.
Feel free to join if this sounds exciting to you.
No upfront knowledge is required. Most of us currently have no S3 background or are starters: learning and teaching S3 is part of the game.
