Gentle Yoga will reduce stress, increase energy and enhance wellness. This is a great class for beginners of any age, or more experienced practitioners who prefer a more mindful practice. This is a perfect blend of meditation, movement and breath to soothe the soul, energize the body, and clear the mind. The class moves at a steady pace, with gentle alignment cues that enhance healing and steadfastness. The class takes place at the Maitland Senior Center but is open to all ages.
