Weekly one hour gentle yoga practice in a small, personal setting. No experience necessary, modifications made for all levels. Wind down and recharge for your week ahead. Bring a yoga mat (a few are available if you don't have one), water, dress comfortably (yoga or workout wear) and an open heart.
