Sadly, I have a family commitment that will prevent me from participating Have fun in my absence... (I'll allow someone ELSE to win.)

Is this a rain or shine event? Just wondering since the weather has been, well, moody! Also, my BMW may or may not be able to make it, so if it's not up for the run we'll be the weirdos rallying in a pickup truck if that's ok! haha

Just saw a note the time and date have changed-- one of the organizers' wife is expecting any day! Very cool and congratulations!

I have a question. Does it matter what kind of car because I obviously don't have a "sports car" but would love to give this a try, also my buddy has a bike is that ok?

don't need a sports car to run the rally. not sure i would try to follow written instructions while riding a bike.

I'll be there with a navigator in tow! I may be a little jet lagged since I get home from SEMA the night before, but come hell or high water, I'll come drive around and get lost haha

Couple questions-- first, is there any kind of fee for participation? Second, and this might be obvious-- do we need a navigator, or can we run this solo? We have a few down here in Columbus and over in Macon interested in participating. Thanks guys.

Its $10 for club members, $15 for non-members. Annual dues are $20 if you wish to become a member. You can join at any meeting or rally.

This rally can be run solo but obviously it is much easier with a co-driver as there are multiple tasks: driving safely, navigating, watching the time.

if it's like the last one, a navigator will be very, very, very useful - but not essential. :)

Its not like the last one. Its a good rally for novices because the correct time is given at all numbered route instructions. And we're not trying to confuse you into going the wrong way.
