This meetup was created before the Pandamic.
I keep it on for future possible events.
Welcome ALL PEOPLE!
This is the first time ever that I have posted a meetup for the meditation session at this temple. I had run into the abbot of the temple who is from Thailand and learned that there is a meditation class every Sunday.
So when I came across something far interesting like this, it is a good idea to share and encourage people.
I grew up in the culture that people do meditation, the real meaning of meditation. We are only humans and we shall never be perfect. Life can be up or down depending on the choice of living by each individual as an adult. If nobody gets mad at each other, the world must be much more peaceful. Anger is poisonous to the owner of it the most. How to find strength and how to ridden weakness, what does it mean? How to stay calm under circumstances, how to not build up anything inside while the outside you sound so mellow, it is all up to you. There is no one person who can ever teach you how to gain innerpeace at a full 100 percent no matter how good an experienced person is.
There is no mentioning of charging for anything here because it is not a commercial. This type of thing is a given. You go there and be at your best behavior then leave with some accomplishment, "PEACE OF MIND".
I do not have all the answers. I only accomplish meditaion for me and I am still not perfect. You shall do it for yourself and find out what medition really means, what innermost feelings really are and what true strength really comes from. But of course, Rome is not built in one day.
