I have received the menu from "Spill The Wine" restaurant for the Mediterranean Wine Dinner. Please go to the restaurant's site and pay for your spot, as well as making your RSVP on the Meetup site. Remember that this event is open to the public and the sooner you sign up the better chance you will have of getting a spot with us!
This event will take place at "Spill The Wine Restaurant" in Minneapolis. Each month they do a dinner and wine event that includes appetize, 3 course meal and wine with each. The wine rep will stop at each during the meal to present and talk about the wine, and at the meal's end - the chef will come out and explain why each particular course was chosen. All of this for $30.00 including tax! This is sure to be a special event that you won't want to miss with your fellow culinarians!

third course spanish custard of tocinillo de cielo red quitar old vine tempranillo garnacha (spain)
