Our first meet up will include an opportunity for us to mingle and get to know one another. It will be followed by a journaling segment to help us get all those feels out! The meet up will end with a high energy workout session that will consist of a warm up to get our muscles moving, followed by some cardio using our body weight to push us, and then a cool down. You will leave feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to take on the world!
Remember to bring a journal, a writing utensil, and comfortable clothes and shoes to work out in!
