Dynamic Flow Yoga Class at FX3 FITNESS. FREE for first timers!
FX3 Fitness is a beautiful gym in St. Albert that offers many different types of classes. Join us for a Dynamic Flow yoga class: "Dynamic flow is an energizing vinyasa yoga practice with fast paced sequences that focuses on the connection or transitions between postures and creating a fluid practice as movements are connected with the breath. Sequences throughout this practice will incorporate strength and flexibility into the whole body, leaving you feeling invigorated and relaxed. Class is suitable for all levels and abilities" Our instructor is Kendra Julie, who has been practicing and teaching yoga for 5 years: Through the cultivation of compassion, patience, self-empowerment, authenticity, and dedication; Kendra is a firm believer that yoga is a catalyst for the metamorphosis into the best version of the self. She completed her 200hr YTT through Anahata Yoga Shala in Thailand in 2018; and has had the oppourtunity to teach classes in Nepal on her travels." Please arrive 15-20 minutes early (6:15) to allow time for online registration. Class starts promptly at 6:30. Stay for 5-10 minutes after class for questions, and I'd love to get to know you better! We are a group of people who like to try new things and be as active as we can, finding and building on healthy habits in all aspects of life.

We do things such as walks and hikes, running, yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, bike rides, meal planning and recipe sharing, nutrition talks, cooking lessons, ice skating, snowshoeing, bootcamps, trampoline parks…if it’s fitness or nutrition, we are game!

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, try new things, or simply meet new fun people, this is the place for you!

If you have any activities you’d like to try, or topics you would like covered, please feel free to suggest them to me! I am always open to new ideas.
