Are you looking for fun ways to get fit, be active, and enjoy moving? Try new things? Do you have questions about healthy eating and nutrition?
We are a group of people who like to try new things and be as active as we can, finding and building on healthy habits in all aspects of life.
We do things such as walks and hikes, running, yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, bike rides, meal planning and recipe sharing, nutrition talks, cooking lessons, ice skating, snowshoeing, bootcamps, trampoline parks…if it’s fitness or nutrition, we are game!
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, try new things, or simply meet new fun people, this is the place for you!
If you have any activities you’d like to try, or topics you would like covered, please feel free to suggest them to me! I am always open to new ideas.
