The importance of fitness is to switch up your routine to keep the body going because it is usually the best way to conquer stubborn, unwanted fatty areas. Being able to go to the gym or even working outdoors is what keeps my mood alive and that's what I want from everyone who wants it that way. All skill levels are welcome. I started this group to meet fitness enthusiasts who are motivated, dedicated and who want to make a change in their overall well-being. More importantly....HAVE FUN!!
I am not a personal trainer or fitness guru. I am just a regular person on my weight loss journey. I know how hard it is to keep on track and get motivated and active. That is why I decided to create a community of fun with fun people so we can support each other and try a variety of fitness together.
The activities we will be doing are going to include group fitness workouts, running, walking, cross fit, kick boxing, bootcamp fitness, muscular strength endurance, aerobics and many more. We will also have fun on the side and do some cool activities we will like to try are paintball, white water rafting, and salsa dancing. If you have any ideal activities you like to do, feel free to bring it to my attention.
Whether your goal is to get active, get fit, have a clear mind, positive attitude, build friendships along the way, this group is also for you.
This club is designed to connect like minded men and women working to improve their health, overall quality of life and a healthy lifestyle. We will be meeting at least once a month and also doing something fun to keep us on track, supporting our goals and sharing ideas.
