Hi, I'm Mimi. Let me start by saying that I am not a certified personal trainer. I'm just a regular person on my weightless journey and doing well with it. I know how hard it is to keep on track and get motivated for the gym. So I decided to create a community of people on the same journey and make it fun.
Some of the activities we will do includes: Walking, 30 Day Challenges, Group Fitness Workouts (with a personal trainer), bowling, hiking, cooking classes and weekend get-a-ways.
This club is designed to connect likeminded people working to improve their health, lifestyle and body. We will be meeting once a week doing something fun to keep us on track, discussing struggles and how to overcome them. In this group we'll build healthy friendships and become one big happy family.
