This group is for anyone interested in getting healthy, eating better and losing weight. No scales, charts or public humiliation. Together we learn healthy eating habits, how to overcome temptations and how to get other to help you along the way. With the support of the group we learn, share and get control. No matter where you are in the journey towards a healthy lifestyle you can always learn. We started this group to help Grand Rapids get thin and healthy. We want to help others transform their life's and experience the joy of winning the battle with overeating.
