Sandy Fitness Seekers: SUNDAY Workout With MELISSA!

We all know that exercise and eating right leads to good health, weight loss, and overall feeling healthier. But not always is is that simple. 
What exactly should I eat? And how much? 
Its hard to start on track when there are distractions, or I'm sore?
I need someone to motivate me. 

Yup! I've been there too! Thats why I made this group! And these events! To support YOU when you aren't sure you can do it on your own! 

Fearlessly Fit is a program to exercise with awesome people, increase your fitness, learn about nutrition, and most importantly! make new friends! 

Join us every Sunday morning for a Morning of fitness - starts with 
warmup activities for ALL levels, then... We break off into smaller groups: 
Circuits in the sand (upper and lower body, and core) for ALL Levels, 
Or all- levels Yoga overlooking the ocean 
Afterwards, we do post-recovery shakes while we host a healthy fun mixer and teach a quickNutrition Class while you get to meet other Fun, Fitness-minded new Friends! 

Lets strengthen our fit, healthy active community! 

Tues/Thurs 6:45pm West LA Indoor Community Workouts. 
THURSDAYs BONUS: Wellness Workshop directly following mixer- we will teach more in-depth on nutrition, and fitness, and how to live a healthy active lifestyle.

Can't make the fitness class? Join the mixer! Can't make the mixer? Join the Wellness Workshop class! There is aways something for everyone and every schedule. 

*This class is cross-promoted with several groups and programs. You can expect between 20-30 people in the class and about 30-40 people who attend the healthy mixer on Tues/Thurs. 
*Sunday morning is a massive group although we break up into smaller groups so you are able to get a great workout and meet new friends! I'll be working out alongside you too!
