This is a brand new Toronto & GTA initiative bringing FREE, group exercise classes, led by experienced instructors to parks near you!

Professional trainers volunteer their time to run group exercise to parks across Toronto and GTA. Those trainers are experienced in their fields and teach many great classes in their local gyms and studios. We are truly lucky to have those trainers contribute to the community.

Getting Fit for you and your family is now simple and free. No Excuses workouts are fun and effective. Browse locations, reserve your spot and kick off your fitness to the next level. There is no obligations, just show up and have a workout.
