What we're about
Anyone who is too shy to workout solo or approach a personal trainer for guidance in the gym, is intimidated of the traditional gym setting, or perhaps really want to workout but have little motivation to start, are all welcomed! We all deserve to live active and healthy lives and most times some of the reasons we don’t, is because we don’t know where to start, we don’t know whether we’re doing ‘it’ right, or maybe there’s too many things to choose from. Come join me in a small, fun and comfortable setting, to get active, get moving, and most importantly get healthy! Let the motivation of others push you to be the best you while also getting to know other like minded, health conscious people in the community.
We’ll meet for an hour either early mornings or near sunset when the weather is comfortable.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach who is determined to help promote a healthy community and bring us all together for moral support!!
Group size is approximately 8-10/$10 for session.
