She leads a team of more than 50 people in Australia, bringing together the functions of product management, design and engineering to create intuitive and personalised experiences that help individuals make great property decisions. Layla Foord, Head of Product International, SEEK Layla is Head of Product International at SEEK where she leads product in ten countries from Brazil, to Vietnam. Before joining SEEK, she helped businesses get to the next level with product and technology strategy and delivery capability. She also launched a global freelance marketplace at Envato where she was General Manager. Rebecca Gravestock, Director of People & Performance, Xero Rebecca is the Director of People and Performance for both Australia and Asia at Xero. With great people and teams being a strategic priority at Xero, Rebecca’s role is focussed on enabling people to do the best work of their lives, which includes supporting and growing collaborative and highly effective teams. Elise Morris, Director, Still North Consulting Having spent over 25 years, working in global and locally based corporate and public-sector organisations, Elise believes wholeheartedly that other people matter and when we live and lead from this perspective we allow ourselves and others to unlock latent potential and the ability to thrive and flourish. Elise has significant experience creating and implementing People strategy aligned to the principles of Positive Psychology. Michele Playfair, Agile Team Facilitator, Xero (MC) Michele is a bit of an I.T. all-rounder; prior to joining Xero she held a variety of roles ranging from pre-sales and business analysis, through development and testing, to training and production support. When not chasing her kids around the place you might find her studying and sharing the arts of quality product development, continuous improvement and collaboration. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In order to ensure that everyone who RSVPs comes along, we are charging a small fee for the event. This is non-refundable and all the sales from the tickets will go toward running future events and to the charities which we support. However, if anyone of you is not able to pay for it due to personal circumstances, please let us know. We will give you a free ticket.
