For the third year in a row, we are united with Fluxible to deliver a wonderful UX-related topic :).
"Chat Bots" have become a hot topic among tech writers and developers. For example, you may have heard about recent chat bots like TayTweets from Microsoft, Facebook Messenger's Poncho, Apple's Siri, or Microsoft's Cortana. In this talk, we'll discuss what chat bots are, where they came from, and why they're gaining a foothold only now. We'll talk about why the design of chat bots can be so challenging, and ways to mitigate these issues to design effective and useful chatbots. And we'll discuss what the future might hold for chat bots and technology. You'll walk away with a better understanding of this buzz word, how to design one yourself, and perhaps a few chat bots to use in your day-to-day.
