The Girls Ride 2 Women’s program was developed by women, for women, who believe in building community through a passion for cycling. Our rides, clinics and events are designed to build confidence on and off the bike, and empower women to set and achieve their personal goals

GirlsRide2 Road - Irvine/Santiago Canyon Loop

New for 2019 - Sunday road ride, Remote start location... 8:00 am ride start time Ladies intermediate level (15mph avg) https://www.strava.com/routes/16119168 40 miles/2300ft Silverado bonus climb may be added REQUIREMENTS: 1- Able to ride 40+ miles on a road bike 2- Ability to hill climb with at least 2000 feet of elevation on a 40+ mile ride with the understanding of proper gearing and braking 3- Maintain a minimum sustained speed of 15+ mph on a 40+ mile ride (total ride average) All GirlsRide2 road rides are GROUP RIDES with little stopping and few breaks to refuel etc. TAKE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU ON EVERY RIDE: • Water and Nutrition • Multi Tool • Spare Tube and Patch Kit • Co2 or Mini Pump • ID/Phone/Money SAFETY- It is each rider’s responsibility to ensure their own safety. GirlsRide2 ride policy is obey all traffic laws. RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK: Please use proper cycling etiquette by communicating and always be aware of the riders around you.
