What we're about

Girls Who Code is a free program for 4th-10th grade girls to join a sisterhood of supportive peers and role models and use computer science to change the world. Students will meet weekly from 6:00pm - 7:00pm at the Thomas Jefferson Library (7415 Arlington Blvd, Falls Church, VA 22042).

Parents are welcome to drop their student off and return at the end of the class. We will walk through educational games and create projects to encourage an understanding of computer programming. If your daughter has a laptop, please bring it! If your student does not currently have an email, please have them sign up. We will be using various parts of the online curriculum, some of which will require creating an account with a valid email.

We're excited to welcome all of our new students!
