This is an awesome hiking group geared toward the lesbian, bisexual, queer female community, but we are accepting of anyone who loves hiking and would be interested in joining! Join us for a monthly hike and beer in or around the San Diego area!

Dog Beach Hang #2!

Lifeguard Tower 5

Let's do another dog park and hang at OB's dog beach. I will get there at 5:45 with my dog! Dogs are welcome unleashed on the Dog Beach side. We can hang out, have a drink and chill for a couple of hours. Even if you do not have a dog, you can come hang with us, too! What to bring: A dog (bring your own, find one, borrow one or just come alone!), a drink or two, water, a mask, a towel or blanket, hand sanitizer, a lantern for when it gets dark, layered clothing. Cowles via Barker Way

For a quick conditioning hike, let's do Cowles via Barker Way one more time before the time changes. Hike Distance: approx 3 miles Elevation: 1590′ Elevation Gain: 950′ Level: Strenuous What to bring: 2 liters of water, snacks (granola bars, fruit, etc.), comfortable walking (preferably hiking boots), layered clothing, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, mask, hand sanitizer, headlamp This hike has some steep sections. Big Rock Park

Jenna's group is starting from Barker's Way. We will start from Big Rock Park, a tougher but more scenic way. Let's see who gets to the top of cowls first! Distance: 5 miles out and back Elevation gain: 1204' Dogs: allowed on leash What to bring: MASK, headlight or flashlight, good sturdy shoes with traction, and trekking poles are very helpful on this hike. There is a section on the dirt service road towards the top that is very steep and can be slippery when descending. Also bring snacks and 1-2 liters of water. Yoga in the park

Come join our second PRIVATE GWLGWLTH Yoga class in the park! This class will be led by Bria! She is a certified yoga instructor who teachers yoga at UCSD. She will lead us in an all-levels class, so EVERYONE can join! We will be spread out, 6ft apart. There is plenty of room in the park to spread out. Location: TBD (working on a permit for Heritage Park) Parking: There is a small parking lot adjacent to the park. There is also parking on the street.
